Level 2 Group Lessons -Spring Session 2

Dive deeper into fundamental aquatic skills designed for swimmers who can already float on their front and back and submerge their head/face. Swimmers will focus on:

• Mastering independent front and back floating

• Independent rolling and gliding

• Freestyle and backstroke techniques -with and without supports 

• Retrieving underwater objects from a shallow depth

• Independent sit diving into water over their heads.

Session 3 : 4 Weeks

• Saturday’s Spring 2: April 26th, May 3rd, 10th, May 17th
