Level 1 Group Lessons - Spring Session 1

Embark on a journey of water exploration tailored for beginners comfortable in pool environments. Swimmers will be introduced to:

• Basic balancing with a flotation device

• Submersion of face and head at their pace

• Supported front and back floating

• Assisted rolling and gliding

• Flutter kick and introductory freestyle arm movements

• Jumping into and climbing out of the water.

Students in this level will be provided with a flotation device during the lesson and items such as noodles, barbells and kick boards will be utilized to assist the swimmer
