Level 2 Group Lessons -Winter Session

Dive deeper into fundamental aquatic skills designed for swimmers who can already float on their front and back and submerge their head/face. Swimmers will focus on:

• Mastering independent front and back floating

• Independent rolling and gliding

• Freestyle and backstroke techniques -with and without supports 

• Retrieving underwater objects from a shallow depth

• Independent sit diving into water over their heads.

Session 1: 4 Weeks

• Thursday’s Group lessons will be on 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26

• Saturday’s Group lessons will be on 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28
