What age groups do you offer swim lessons for?

We offer swim lessons for all ages, from infants to adults. Our programs are tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

What are the different swim lesson programs you offer?

We offer group lessons, private lessons, parent/guardian-child classes, and advanced training for competitive swimmers.

What is the duration of each swim lesson?

Each swim lesson is 30 to 45 minutes long, depending on the program and age group.

Enrollment and Scheduling

How do I enroll my child or myself in swim lessons?

You can enroll online through our website, if you don't see a session available, please contact us by email at info@aquajags.com

Can I join a class that has already started?

No, lessons are sold in 4-week blocks

What is your cancellation and make-up policy?

We do not allow for cancellations or make-up's except for in extreme situations. In the event of an extreme situation, please contact us at info@aquajags.com.

Facilities and Instructors

What are the qualifications of your swim instructors?

Our instructors are certified swim instructors with training and experience.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, our pool is heated to a comfortable temperature suitable for swim lessons.

What should I bring to swim lessons?

Swimmers should bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap if desired. We provide flotation devices and other swim equipment as required for the particular lesson. Long hair should be tied back and out of the swimmers face.

Safety and Policies

What safety measures do you have in place?

We have certified lifeguards on duty during all lessons, and our facility is equipped with safety equipment and first-aid supplies.

Do you offer swim lessons for individuals with special needs?

Yes, we offer adaptive swim lessons tailored to meet the needs of individuals.

Are parents allowed to watch the swim lessons?

Yes, parents can watch from our designated viewing area to ensure minimal distractions for the swimmers. We have two viewing areas, the pool deck and the observation room located above the pool.

Payments

What are the costs of swim lessons?

Our pricing varies based on the type of lesson and program. Please refer to our website or contact us for detailed pricing information. At this time private lessons are $200 for 4 30 min sessions and Group lessons are $125 for 4 30 min sessions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through our secure payment portal when you book online on our booking page

Special Programs and Events

Do you offer swim camps or special events?

At this time we are only offering group and private lessons

Can I book the pool for private events or parties?

No, the pool is only available for lessons.

Progress and Advancement

How do you track progress and advancement in swim skills?

We use a structured curriculum with clear milestones. Instructors provide regular feedback and progress reports.

What if my child is afraid of the water?

Our instructors are trained to handle fear and anxiety in the water. We use a gradual and supportive approach to help children overcome their fears.

Can I switch my child to a different class if needed?

Yes, if your child needs a different class level or time, we will do our best to accommodate the change based on availability.
